What Sterna is

Sterna helps you plan, organise and keep track of trips. Its concierge researches and suggests; it doesn't sell travel. When you book, you book directly with the airline, hotel or other provider, under their terms and prices. Sterna is not a travel agent, tour operator or package organiser.

Check what matters

Sterna works hard to be right — it names its sources and the date prices were seen — but information on the web changes and AI can make mistakes. Before you pay, confirm times, prices, entry requirements and conditions with the provider. Sterna isn't liable for bookings, costs or losses that follow from its suggestions.

Your content

Your trips and documents are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run Sterna for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

The concierge comes with a monthly allowance. Please don't use Sterna to break the law, to scrape or overload other services, or to upload what isn't yours to share.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to Sterna Pro, payment is handled by Apple and renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. The standard Apple End User License Agreement applies.
